Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Hotel has been voted the Best Hotel in the Middle East by the readers of Germany’s prestigious Business Traveler magazine. Additionally, the Jumeirah Group was voted Best Middle East Hotel Chain by the same readers, as reported in various hospitality publications including Hospitality Net.
The American travel magazine Global Traveler also just named Jumeirah as the Best Hotel Chain in the Middle East for the second year in a row. The Dubai-based group has earned a number of awards in recent years as it expands its luxurious offerings across the Middle East.
Set on the shores of the Arabian Gulf and built in the eye catching shape of a breaking wave, the award-winning Jumeirah Beach Hotel has 600 rooms and suites, all with a view of the Arabian Gulf and many with private balconies. The resort has 20 bars and restaurants, a conference center, kids club, four swimming pools, tennis courts and more. Additionally, it has its own private beach and a dive reef is located 2 kilometers offshore. For those seeking a little more exhilaration, the Wild Wadi Water Park next door is a fun break for both the young and young at heart.
Jumierah has expanded beyond the Middle East in recent years and now operates major hotels in London, New York and Hong Kong.
“It is a great honour to receive these awards from our American and German guests,” said Gerald Lawless, Executive Chairman of the Jumeirah Group. “Business travelers and travel industry professionals are increasingly aware of the distinctiveness of Jumeirah hotels, not only in the Middle East but also in other major international business centres.”
