The Grand Hyatt Bali has reopened following a US$35 million renovation. The hotel undertook complete renovations of all its rooms and suites, as well as to the lobby, restaurants and Grand Club. There are also some new facilities for the property, including the Kriya Spa and an additional Grand Ballroom.
“While introducing contemporary features to refresh and revitalize Grand Hyatt Bali, we also took special care to preserve its unique Balinese water palace concept, which has brought so much pleasure to travelers looking for an exotic luxury experience,” Ron Nomura, Grand Hyatt Bali´s director of marketing, said in a statement.
The rooms throughout the hotel now have a local theme, inspired by the Bali culture and using local materials and an earth color palette. Many local artisans contributed to the renovations. Every room in the hotel has a private balcony with views of the ocean, lagoon or garden.
The new ballroom, which his 1,200 square meters, creates the larges convention space on the island. The room can be subdivided into three smaller rooms and has the latest technological features. The Kriya Spa is a wellness sanctuary nestled within the lush tropical gardens, offering an authentic Balinese healing experience with 24 luxurious spa villas for treatments and full-day spa programs.
The reopened hotel gives Indonesian property investors another positive thing to see when they look at Bali.
