Three major American celebrities
have listed their multi-million properties for sale. So, if you want to buy a

The Academy Award-winning actress
bought the property in 2007 for $5.8 million (ã3.6 million), according to
property records. The 1928 Mediterranean-style home has since been renovated
and features beamed ceilings, hardwood floors and a beautiful terrace.
Measuring 6,722 square feet on a
about a third-of-an-acre, the 6-bed, 7-bath home also features a walk-in
closet, enormous bathroom, home cinema, gym, guest room and pool.

Rap star puts Manhattan apartment up for sale
P-Diddy is one of the richest
faces in hip-hop and has listed his New York apartment for $8.5 million (ã5.3
million). Although originally a 3-bedroom apartment, Diddy has customised the
apartment and it now features just one bedroom and huge media and piano room.
According to public property
records, Diddy bought the Midtown condo located at 230 W 56th St New York in
2005 for $3.82 million (ã2.39 million). And, for additional cachet, it was the
former home of James Bond actor Daniel Craig.

Tatum O’Neal, the youngest person
to ever win a competitive Academy Award, has listed her New York City
condominium. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at 175 E. Broadway, New York
has been on and off the market since 2008 and was re-listed for $1.645 million
(ã1.03 million).
Along with access to lower
Manhattan, the apartment features an original ornate plaster ceiling, an
elevator with direct access to the street, and a 24-hour doorman.
According to the New York Post, O’Neal has rented the
apartment out in recent years after she relocated to Los Angeles.
