A brand new luxury residential development is set for the heart of Kuala Lumpur city center (KLCC). The new property is called The Regent Residences Kuala Lumpur and will be a 38-floor high rise with serviced apartments and direct access to the underground Light Rail Transit (LRT).
Jennifer Chow, senior manager of corporate communications for Malaysian property company DutaLand Berhad is impressed by the new development: “The Regent Residences Kuala Lumpur will command a first-class location in the most sought after address of the KLCC, directly across from the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, along Jalan Ampang, with underground passageway leading straight into KLCC Suria shopping complex and KLCC park, convention centre and the Twin Towers.”
The Regent Residences will be located above the Avenue K designer mall and will have a 236 room luxury hotel to be called the Regent Kuala Lumpur. The properties will offer an amazing view of the twin towers and are expected to command a premium in sales.
