Helen Huntââ¬â¢s New York apartment has joined the ranks of celebrity homes for sale
this month.
The Oscar-winning actress, who starred in As Good As It Gets
and Cast Away, has put her Manhattan flat up for sale with an asking price of
$2.8 million.
The 2,000 square foot property has three bedrooms and an
equal number of baths, reports the Wall
Street Journal. The flat, which features two fireplaces and a window seat plus private access via an elevator,
was purchased by Hunt in 2006 for $2.4 million.
Five years on, the actress, who lives in Los Angeles, is looking to move back to the City of Angels and no longer needs a home on the East Coast. The apartment is in a 1915
building, with ââ¬Åa full-time doormanââ¬Â and Riverside Park next door. As well as the increased asking price, buyers will have to pay over $3,000 per month to maintain the property.
