A conference of the European Real Estate Society (ERES) which will provide a range of information on overseas property investments will be held in Weimar in Germany this week.
The event will be held from June 7th to June 10th at the Neue Weimarhalle and will be hosted by the Bauhaus University in cooperation with the German Society of Property Researchers.
It will be the 13th annual ERES conference and will provide a platform on which research into a broad range of topics relating to overseas property investment will be showcased.
Analysis of international real estate and investment markets will be presented at the conference as well as details pertaining to instruments that can be used to measure performance and risk.
Other information will be provided that could prove useful to overseas property investors, pertaining to matters such as private equity, portfolio management, investment vehicles and worldwide valuation standards.
The event will feature around 400 property professionals and economists from across Europe and Asia who will discuss the research and analysis with which they have been involved.
