Two German nationals are the proud owners of a brand new Aston Martin Car after purchasing property from Dubai’s largest private property developer Damac Properties. The draw is part of celebrations at the Dubai Shopping Festival’ and Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS).
Sven M. Reinicke and Alexander Gurny who appear to be very keen investors in Dubai real estate purchased properties in Park Towers, The Crescent, Tuscan and Lago Vista, Dubai.
At the start of the draw Hussain Sajwani, Chairman, DAMAC Holding, said “With the onset of the tenth year celebrations this time for DSS, it gives us immense pleasure in announcing our winners for this special year. Like every year even this year, we have had a successful inauguration and we look forward to acknowledge our forthcoming winners while promoting DAMAC as an esteemed and preferred brand with luxurious living”.
DAMAC has grown into one of the most successful residential, leisure and commercial real estate developers in Dubai and the Middle East and is expanding rapidly into North Africa, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar and the Far East. The company’s portfolio of 52 towers is worth over Dh15 billion.
Commenting on the draw, Peter Riddoch, CEO of DAMAC Properties, said: “DSS has always been a remarkable period for us and the promotions conducted have yielded outstanding results. Last year, we achieved a substantial rise in our sales and we predict a commendable percentage this year as well.”

The company had a Jaguar for every new customer who bought a DAMAC Property during DSF 2006.
