Middle East property developer Damac properties are offering investors an unusual deal involving their Saudi Arabian project Al Jawharah residential Tower. Buyers will receive a free property from another development in Egypt when they purchase selected apartments.
The generous incentive centres around the off plan development Al Jawharah . The flag ship project is a 40 storey luxury apartment block located alongside the Red Sea near The Hilton Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. It has been attracting foreign investors who under Saudi law are allowed to buy property in the Kingdom.
