This airy beach villa is equipped with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms: 1x King size beds, 2x Queen, 2x Single Beds, and 4 full bathrooms, an ample air-conditioned and fully equipped kitchen as well as an air-conditioned connecting breakfast room, a spacious living room, and dining area. Bed linens and towels are provided as well as all cooking utensils.

The living room and dining room open up into an outdoor patio terrace with a Communal pool that comes with an elevated nonheated Tub that overlooks the Aruban ocean and a semi-private beach in front of the property. (Shared with other apartments) Perfect to enjoy those lazy and chill-out vacation days at home. This property is great for families. Choose to stay at home and enjoy the property’s amenities, walk a few steps to the famous Arashi Beach or take a 5-minute car ride to both Eagle Beach and Palm Beach.

Utilities: The total rate includes, final cleaning, mid-stay cleanings, booking fee, wifi, and utilities. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit is required of US$ 800,-.

Cancellation policy: No refund will be issued for cancellations. The rate does not include a 15% tax, this will be collected at check-in. You may pay by credit card or cash.
