UK Legalisation Office Moves to Milton Keynes

For those who need to have documents legalised, which is often necessary when buying, selling or leasing property abroad, the UK Legalisation office is moving in August. Legalisation is the official confirmation that the signature, stamp or seal on a UK document is genuine. Many foreign authorities require UK documents to be legalised before they will accept them.
 
On Friday 8 August 2008 the Legalisation Office will relocate from the Old Admiralty Building in London to Norfolk House (West) in central Milton Keynes. The new office will have a counter service for legalising documents in person, and you can still send applications to the office in the post.
