31/12/09– Robbie Williams has bought a property in Australia after it was top of the agenda for him and girlfriend Ayda Field. Reports from the Australian Daily Telegraph suggest the star has opted for an outback retreat in the Northern Territories at Daly Waters, 200km from Katherine.
The property will be ideal escape from the limelight with the location deep into the Australian outback with only a sparsely populated town as neighbours.He mentioned the move on Australia’s radio station 2DayFM, which is being guest-hosted by Dannii Minogue.
Williams was recently in Australia with Ayda Field, his girlfriend, who is from the US. He also has a London flat and a home in Los Angeles.
Meanwhile, he told a magazine he and Field have no plans to wed as yet. He said: ‘I’ve been going out with my missus for nearly three years, and solidly into the relationship for a year and a half. But I want [us] to play around and have more fun and not be grown-ups yet.’
