Overseas Property Exhibition To Return To Birmingham

A Place in the Sun Live, the UK’s biggest and best-attended overseas property exhibition, returns to Birmingham with a feature-packed show at the NEC on 1st-3rd October 2010. Based on the hit Channel 4 TV series, the award-winning A Place in the Sun Live promises an all-encompassing look at how to get onto the overseas property ladder.

Following the successful London event in March, A Place in the Sun Live is bringing its compelling mix of property advice and inspiration to the Midlands. Alongside over 100 exhibitors, the show will boast a series of informative country-specific feature areas including:

  • A French Village in association with French-property.com and sponsored by Halo Financial featuring French property for sale and a dedicated seminar theatre with sessions on buying in France.
  • A Portuguese Pavilion, in association with the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce, with supporting seminars on buying property in Portugal, including the full low-down on investment opportunities.
  • A Spanish village showcasing bargain discounted Spanish properties available on the Costas, Balearics and Canaries.

A Place in the Sun Live will host over 100 exhibitors representing more than 40 countries worldwide featuring properties to suit all budgets – from under £20,000 to over £1million.

Show highlights include:

Screen tests for A Place in the Sun TV series: Freeform Productions, the producers of the hugely successful family of A Place in the Sun TV shows, will be auditioning potential house-hunters at the exhibition. Visitors will have a unique chance to audition for the next series.

Opening hours for the show are from 10.00 to 17.00 on Friday 1st October, Saturday 2nd October and Sunday 3rd October.
