Developer Hoffmann İnşaat has announced that it will construct the Palms Studios condo/apartments on 6,000 square meters of land in Bomonti. The Palms Studios will consist of 320 apartments, ranging in size from 35 square meters to 160 square meters. There will also be a shopping area plus sports and spa center.
The Bomonti area of Istanbul, located in the Sisli District, takes its name from the original Bomonti brothers’ beer factory, which was constructed in 1902. It has become a popular area of the city due to its location, which is just north of the booming Besiktas district and the Straights of Marmara.
Special services will be available such as 24-hour video surveillance, concierge, wake-up service, telephone message service and reservation, valet parking and housekeeping services as well as shopping assistance. These will be accompanied by green areas, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, bicycling areas, covered parking and energy saving systems.
The Bomonti area has seen a number of new developments in recent years, including the Elysium Residence Şişli project. Other projects for this popular city district are also being planned and are in the works.
