Malaysia’s premier international tourism destination is quickly becoming the Sepang Gold Coast south of Kuala Lumpur. This resort area stretches along 22 kilometers of beach fronting the Straits of Malacca and is convenient to the capital, airport and other popular destinations. The new development is being constructed with a view towards residents of Kuala Lumpur as a weekend or second home destination as well as for holiday travelers.

When completed, the Sapang Gold Coast will have four boutique resort hotels, three major resorts, marina, aquarium, zoo, theme park and ecotourism opportunities. It is being built with the highest regard to the environment, and an Environmental Interpretive Center was recently launched in Sepang Town. Surrounding the 5,000 acre beachfront resort are mangroves and rivers.

The first phase of houses and villas are being constructed right over the water to provide fantastic views and unique homes. The Golden Palm Tree Water Villas will have 360 individual units with unobstructed views of the water. Residents will have access to a private beach club and superb amenities. For both city dwellers and holiday home seekers, the Sapang Gold Coast is an ideal destination.
