Koh Samui is the third largest island in Thailand and is seeing an influx of international investors, tourists and property seekers looking for their idyllic retreat. One new development that was recently announced and is now under construction is Napa. This new property of individual villas is located above Cheong Mon Beach on Koh Samui’s secluded north coast. Napa’s luxury villas sit on large plots of up to 1600m² and are being designed by renowned architect Gary Fell.

This luxury property development has wonderful views in a tranquil setting overlooking the Gulf of Thailand. Each villa has 3 or 4 bedrooms and combines elements of traditional Thai architecture with modern, open floor plans. Amenities include individual pools, timber decks and all you might need in this tropical paradise.

Koh Samui is located in the Gulf of Thailand, about 80 kilometers off the coast of Surat Thani and  560 kilometers from Bangkok. It can be reached by air from Bangkok, or by ferry boat from Surat Thani town. The island, Thailand’s third largest, measures 21 kilometers at its widest point and 25 kilometers in maximum length, and is one of a group of more than 80 tropical islands, only a few of which are inhabited, and most of which comprise the Ang Thong National Marine Park.

Napa’s private, quite location in Cheong Mon gives easy access to the international airport and Chaweng town, the island’s main tourist area. Samui Airport (USM) offers international flights as well as connecting flights through Bangkok daily.
