The new Mandala Condominiums on the west coast of Phuket are an ideal combination of great homes, reasonable prices, plenty of space and Thailand’s most desirable holiday destination. There are a total of 24 units in three, three-story buildings. Construction has recently started on these condos and sales are set to launch soon.
The new development is a change from many of the recent Phuket properties in that it aims at providing high quality homes for reasonable prices. It is in an upmarket neighborhood and sits next to several five star resorts, including the Laguna Phuket resort. The penthouses at Mandala have a total area of over 560 square meters and plans are to offer them for 58,000THB per square meter. That’s considerably lower than many recent luxury developments, which have run upwards of 100,000THB per square meters, yet buyers still get a high quality property and many of the same advantages. The lower priced properties, which are about 350 square meters, are priced at 57,000THB/square meters, which make Phuket very affordable.
