The former partner in the Cheech & Chong comedy duo was asking $3.9 million, but the price has been dropped to $2.95 million. The home is 3,400 square feet with four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It has a deck that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and direct access to the beach.
Simon Cowell isn’t selling his new $22 million Beverly Hills mansion – he’s just about to move in. The American Idol host has been meticulously planning his 11,550 square foot estate and it is due to be completed in the next few weeks, according to news reports. He purchased the property several years ago for $12 million, then proceeded to raze the original house to build his dream home. His neighbors include Tom Cruise, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, the Beckhams and other stars.
Actress Beverly D’Angelo’s Beverly Hills home has recently come on the market for $2.185 million. The Spanish-style home has arched doorways and hardwood floors with a detached studio and pool. The home that belonged to the late actor Ricardo Montalban has also gone on the market. Located in the Bird Street area of Los Angeles, it is listed for $20 million.
