Dubai’s Victory Heights luxury golf development has started to welcome new homeowners to the premier residential and golf project. The development is centered on the Ernie Els designed golf course, which makes its way through the 963 luxury villas and townhouses.
The General Manager of Victory Heights, Yasser Al Raee, is pleased to see the first homeowners move into the Sports City project: “The significance of having our property buyers moving into these villas indicates that this community is seen more than an investment, but a sustainable, unique, desirable place to live. Our property investors not only invested in the development but also made a social commitment choosing to live in their properties.”
Victory Heights is located in Dubai Sports city and covers some 25 million square feet. Homes are available in a choice of European Classical, Spanish Andalusian and Mediterranean styles. 600 villas are expected to be handed over in the coming months and final completion is slated for early 2010.
