Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have bought the home of movie producer Brian Grazer in Los Angeles for approximately $17.5 million, according to news sources. That is significant discount from the original asking price of $27.5 million for the Pacific Palisades home.
The cliffside home has a 9,000 square foot main residence that was constructed in the 1940s. It has spectacular views of Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean. Mr. Grazer and his ex-wife, author Gigi Lavangie Grazer, purchased the home in 1992 and expanded the home to 20,000 square feet, which includes a new two-bedroom guest house.
Mr. Affleck and Ms. Garner married in 2005 and have two children. She is starring in the new movie Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, and he has starred in several major movies and most recently He’s Just Not That Into You.
