Overseas property investors are winning
Homesgofast.com the overseas property web site has been promoting Brazilian property since 2004. They are now seeing overseas property investors who ventured into a relatively unknown market now winning with their Brazilian investment property . CEO Nicholas Marr ‘ Some of our overseas property investors who bought property in Ceará North Eastern Brazil were buying off plan beachfront apartments in the early days at about £25,000 . One property investor is now reselling this property at £78,000. We visited Fortaleza, Ceará in 2006 to see for ourselves the friendly people, stunning scenery, cheap cost of living and real estate that offers extreme value for money. The only downside we can see is the lack of direct flights to the region from the UK , however this could be just the time to get in before the big rises take place’
