This small, cosy property is situated in a very quiet area and would be perfect for a family or to use for rural tourism. It has some caves around it but theyre not inhabited currently.

Its been reformed to a good standard and is well equipped.

It consists of
Two living rooms, one of them with a fireplace
An open kitchen
Three bedrooms
A very large bathroom
An upper floor.

Mains services are connected and internet is possible. Parking is on street.

Puente Arriba is a small hamlet with beautiful surrounding scenery which is just a short drive from Benamaurel which is the nearest village.

Benamaurel has a host of shops, a medical centre, dentist, hardressers, barbers, DIY stores, school, three small supermarkets, a weekly fresh produce market and lots of tapas bars.

The wonderful city of Granada (which is also the nearest airport) is around 1.20hrs drive away, followed by Almeria, Murcia and Alicante airports.

The coast is around 1h30 drive away and there are beach areas and hot springs at Lake Negratin which is just 30 mins by car.

Tiene cuevas alrededor pero no están habitadas. Es una cueva pequeña y acogedora y está muy bien
reformada y equipada.
