Cave House in Puente Arriba, Granada

The renovated part of the cave has a kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace, a pantry, a bathroom and 5 bedrooms and is ready to move into straight away.

The unrenovated part has the interior structure made up of bedrooms and a kitchen, lacking a bathroom.

The outside patio area is gated and has grape vines at the entrance. In the upper part of the cave theres a garage and a very spacious attic.

Mains services are connected and internet is possible.

Puente Arriba is a small hamlet with beautiful surrounding scenery which is just a short drive from Benamaurel which is the nearest village.

Benamaurel has a host of shops, a medical centre, dentist, hardressers, barbers, DIY stores, school, three small supermarkets, a weekly fresh produce market and lots of tapas bars.

The wonderful city of Granada (which is also the nearest airport) is around 1.20hrs drive away, followed by Almeria, Murcia and Alicante airports.

The coast is around 1h30 drive away and there are beach areas and hot springs at Lake Negratin which is just 30 mins by car.

Cueva situada en la Barriada de Puente Arriba (Benamaurel) en una zona muy tranquila. Al
lado de la carretera muy bien ubicada.

Se trata de dos cuevas juntas una de ella lista para entrar y muy bien equipada. La otra está por reformar. Entre las dos hacen una construcción
muy amplia.

La parte de la cueva reformada dispone de cocina, amplio salón con fuego, despensa, baño y 5
dormitorios. Perfecta para entrar a vivir.

La parte no reformada tiene la estructura interior hecha con habitaciones y cocina a falta de
baño.

En la parte superior de la cueva encontramos una cochera y una buhardilla muy amplia.
