This lovely property is ready to move into straight away. It has been sympathetically reformed, has all mains services connected and is being sold fully furnished. Internet is possible.

You enter into the gated ground floor patio which covers 3m x 3.5m, a perfect space for table and chairs.

The cave is distributed as follows –

Enter into a hallway and to your left is an open plan kitchen / living / dining area with wood burner and WC. The fully fitted kitchen has a gas cooker, electric oven and dishwasher.

If you go straight ahead from the entrance hallway there are stairs on your left and in front of you is a bedroom with ensuite which has a separate bath and shower.

Upstairs there is a sun terrace with the most stunning views over the village of Galera and the mountains beyond. There is also a large bedroom with woodburner and a further bedroom with bath ensuite.

Access is good, the property is situated up a steep hill and there is some on street parking available nearby, however you could remove the patio gates and use the patio as a parking space if required.

It is situated within walking distance of amenities in the quiet, pretty and historical village of Galera which include small supermarkets, two banks, a hotel, bars, a pharmacy, a medical centre, a Town Hall, a butchers, a weekly market and swimming pool open during the summer months.

The nearest airport is 1.5 hours drive away (Granada), followed by Almeria (1h45), Murcia (2h15) and Alicante (2h30) airports and the coast is around 1h30 drive away although there are beach areas at Lake Negratin which is around 50 minutes drive away.
