It is situated in a quiet area of the picturesque village of Galera with lovely views and it has ample room for parking on or off street.

There is a huge navé on the far left as you look at the property, a very pretty 2 bedroom cave house with private patio area and pool / barbecue area in the middle and an unreformed cave up a small steep hill to the right side with steps (which you can also drive up to).

The part to the left is entered via the garage doors and this consists of a huge storage area on the ground floor and is empty on the first floor. This could be transformed into two apartments if required and already has planning permission in place for this.

Access is good and it is situated 5 mins drive / 15 mins walk from village amenities.

Galera is a pretty and historical village which has a school, a hotel, small supermarkets, a swimming pool open during the summer months, a doctor's surgery, a chemist, bars and a weekly market, etc.

The nearest airport is 1.5 hours drive away (Granada), followed by Almeria (1h45) , Murcia (2h15) and Alicante (2h30) airports.

The coast is around 1h30 drive away and there are beach areas and hot springs at Lake Negratin which is around 50 minutes drive away.
