The White Coastal is a luxurious house, but without ostentation. It is luxurious due to its privileged location, the quality of its construction, finishes, materials, and adornments. However, its true essence lies in simplicity, which reconnects us to the essential. Here, the sea is the main protagonist, and the residence integrates perfectly with it.

Distributed over three floors, the house features a living room with double-height ceilings and doors that fully open to the white veranda on the main floor. The elegant and spacious dining room with wooden benches also connects to the veranda.

An intimate environment is composed of a small bar adjacent to the kitchen. The living area creates diverse gathering points, while all visually integrate thanks to the open spaces and exclusive decor.

Still on the main floor, a charming and wide corridor gives access to the TV room, the powder room, and two suites. On the lower floor, the residence offers a space dedicated to relaxed moments and accommodating guests.

An exuberant garden connects this deck to the coastal pier, forming pleasant paths with stairs and trails. The pier is an invitation to contemplate nature, whether admiring the pink-hued sky at sunset, spotting marine animals, or enjoying the evening flight of swallows celebrating another day ending. Lastly, the upper floor connects through a walkway, two suites on one side with the master suite on the other.

Impressively sized, the master suite is an invitation to live fully. It features an exclusive, all-white veranda with a direct view of the sea, allowing one to wake up every day to this stunning landscape.

Furthermore, the suite includes a small sitting area with a fireplace, a walk-in closet, a workspace, and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath, ensuring a true private spa experience.
