This cave house feels new – the windows, plumbing, electrics, doors and flooring are all new. The plunge pool is very private and has all new plumbing and machinery.

The cave part has been refurbished to a very high standard and in effect this is a new house and only needs painting.

The only thing left to do is fit a set of steps to the roof terrace and install kitchen units (if you are unable to do these, we can arrange local builders to fit these for you).

It is situated in the pretty hamlet of Fontanar which is steeped in history and has a church, a bread van and a local bar. The larger town of Pozo Alcón is around 10 mins drive away and has all of the usual amenities including a weekly market and swimming pool open during the summer months.

Fontanar is situated around 40 minutes drive / 38km from Lake Negratin which has beach areas and around 1h45 drive from the coast.
