This is a totally finshed oldy worldy house renovated to an extremely high standard.

Exposed beams throughout and comes complete with all furniture and fittings including
Double bed and 2 x singles and duvets, fridge,tv, 3 x sofas, sofa bed, table and 4 charis. Washing machine and tumble dryer.
It even comes with the crockery and cutlery! It has just been painted throughout.

It currently has a licence for Rural Tourism and situated near the ancient part of the town which is very pretty. It is just a few minutes walk to all amenities.

There are beach areas at Lake Negratin which is around 45 minutes drive away and the coast is around 2h25 by car.
