Stone Farmhouse measuring about 70 sq m to be restored, which consists of 3 rooms and a bathroom. Additionally, there is a small prefabricated building of 10 sq m that has been used as a kitchen.

The agricultural land is cultivated with fruit and citrus trees, olive trees and walnut trees. It has an irrigation and a water canal system.
