On the upper floor, which can be reached both by an internal staircase and by a comfortable external staircase, there is a kitchen, a large double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath.

The surrounding land is fully planted and has an irrigation system. The part in front of the house is mainly used as a garden, while the rest is an orchard and a small vineyard.

In the north-west of Sardinia, in the centre of the Gulf of Asinara, the beach of Platamona is par excellence the beach of Sassari: a vast expanse of white sand immersed in a sea of changing colours, from green to blue. It is the longest beach on the coast, which stretches from Porto Torres to Castelsardo, and is very popular with bathers because it offers a wide range of services: a large car park with facilities for motorhomes, camping sites and facilities for the disabled.
