Four cave houses with Rural Tourism Licences which are actively being rented out currently along with two unreformed caves, situated together in a pretty and historical village just a short walk to local amenities and with beautiful views just 210,000 euros!!

The cave houses are as follows

The first cave house has a kitchen/living room with one bedroom and one bathroom;
The second cave has a kitchen/living room with two bedrooms and one bathroom;
The third cave has a kitchen/living room with three bedrooms and one bathroom;
The fourth cave has a kitchen/living room with two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The 2 unreformed caves are currently being used for storage and these could be transformed into another 2 rental caves (with the correct permissions).

All of the cave houses are reformed and, as mentioned previously, are already up and running as a rental business. They have mains water and electricity connected, and internet is connected presently.

Access is good and to the front of the caves there is ample room for parking, shady areas and a bench for enjoying the views.

There is also a splash pool and above the caves there´s a plot of land which is approximately 2,500m2.

They are situated just a short walk to the village amenities which consist of a butcher´s, several bars/restaurants, a museum, a hotel, a school, two banks, a doctor´s surgery, a bread shop, small supermarkets, a weekly market and a spring fed swimming pool that is open virtually all year round and free to use.

It´s an ideal place for rural tourism as in the local area there are Natural Parks, spring fed fish pools, lakes, archealogical digs, museums, a lack of light and air pollution so is good for photography, art and astronomy. It´s great for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling and horse riding due to the beautiful scenery and lack of humidity and you can still enjoy free tapas and Menu Del Dia's (3 course meal with a drink) for around 10 euros per head!

There are beach areas at Lake Negratin which is around 45 minutes drive away and the coast is around 1h30 drive away. The nearest airport is Granada, followed by Almeria, Murcia, Alicante and Malaga.
