Located between the two market towns of Monsegur and Sauveterre de Guyenne, you will find this beautiful vineyard in a dominant position with magnificent views over the valley.
in the middle of this very special  vineyard is the Maison de Maitre. Reached by a private drive, the Maison de Maitre has kept all its original charm and as it faces South-East, it is both welcoming and light. In the same family for over twenty years, it has been both an award winning vineyard and a beloved family retreat. 

On the ground floor it offers you an entrance hall with the original tiles. The huge living room which includes an open kitchen, and dining area  is simply the ideal family space with it’s open fireplace and exposed stones. On the other side of the hallway you will find a groundfloor  bedroom and towards the back of the house a bathroom and separate WC.

Upstairs a large first bedroom, a bathroom with WC, and two other large bedrooms. The last bedroom has a door which leads to a staircase leading down to the winery!
The winery is fully equipped and is attached to the house on the left side. On the righty of the properyt an dalso attached is the building for storing bottles and a garage.

Outside, you will find a large swimming pool and its terrace with superb views over the valley.

The owners are passionate about wine, and they have won several Bronze, Silver and Gold medals in Bordeaux and Paris. The winery is fully equipped and the vineyard is sold with all the equipment so that you can settle in and start directly.
