Cave House in La Alqueria, Granada

This cave house is situated up a hill in a quiet location in the little hamlet of La Alqueria. Access is via a tarmacked road and there is parking at the front of the property.

It has all mains services connected but electricity will need updating. You enter the property into the hallway and to your right is a small storage room and at the back of this is a living room and 2 double bedrooms.

To the left of the living room is a double and single bedroom/storage room.

To the left of the entrance hallway is the kitchen with pantry and beyond this are 2 unreformed cave rooms.

To the left of the kitchen is the out-house which has a sink, washing machine, fireplace and bathroom.

The pretty hamlet of La Alqueria is located just 5 minutes drive away from the nearest villages with amenities (Orce and Galera). La Alqueria has the most stunning surrounding countryside.

It is situated around 1h30 drive away from the coast and there are various beach areas at Lake Negratin in Freila which is approximately 45 minutes drive (60km).
