This spacious cave house has mains services connected and internet is possible. Access is excellent.

It has a huge open plan lounge / kitchen with dining area and pellet burner, a bathroom, and three bedrooms, one with ensuite.

There´s also a separate one bedroom apartment included with shower room, ideal for visiting guests or extended family.

There are 3 patios and a little bit of space on top of the cave. There are two sheds and a storage cupboard.

The local spring fed swimming pool which is free and open all year round is just 10 minutes walk away and there's a cave bar nearby too.

In the opposite direction from the swimming pool it's just 15 minutes walk from amenities which include shops, bars, restaurants, banks, a hotel, bus station, schools, indoor meat market, two swimming pools, gyms, a weekly market and a 24 hour health centre.

Situated just 1h30 drive away from the nearest airport of Granada, followed by Almeria, Murcia, Alicante and Malaga.

The coast is 1h30 drive away and there are beach areas at Lake Negratin which is just 45 minutes drive away.
