Cave House in Galera, Granada

This beautiful cave has been sympathetically reformed to a high standard and is ready to move into straight away with all mains services and internet connected.

The very pretty patio area has an above ground pool with steps and a filter, a pergola, an outdoor sink, outdoor cupboards for storage and a watering system.

It consists of an open plan lounge/kitchen with wood-burner, 3 bedrooms (all with built in wardrobes and one has an ensuite with shower and bath) and there is also a study and bathroom. One of the bedrooms is currently used as an office and this room has hot/cold air con.

There are two hot water tanks and a utility room.

Access is good and parking is on street. It is situated 5 mins drive / 15 mins walk from village amenities.

Galera is a pretty and historical village which has a school, a hotel, small supermarkets, a swimming pool open during the summer months, a doctor's surgery, a chemist, bars and a weekly market, etc.

The nearest airport is 1.5 hours drive away (Granada), followed by Almeria (1h45) , Murcia (2h15) and Alicante (2h30) airports.

The coast is around 1h30 drive away and there are beach areas and hot springs at Lake Negratin which is around 50 minutes drive away.
