The two doorways to the right of the property are the reformed caves, the two doorways closer together in the middle of the property are utility rooms and to the far left is the cream unreformed cave.

The cave to the right has a covered patio area around 16m2. You enter into the open plan kitchen/living room with fireplace then there is a hallway with bathroom on the left side and double bedroom on the right. Beyond that is a small corridor leading to another double bedroom.

The middle cave also has a covered patio area with ramp around 16m2 with pretty countyside views. It consists of a kitchen, a living area with fireplace, a hallway area which would make a good office, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The unreformed cave is at the far left. You enter into a long room and there is a second large room, an area to the left and to the right another 2 rooms. It could make a 2 bedroom home once it has been reformed.

Orce is the nearest village which is around 10 mins drive away. It has all the usual amenities including bars, restaurants, shops, a school, a butchers, a hotel, a museum, a spring fed swimming pool where you can swim with fishes, and a weekly market.

The nearest airport is Granada which is around 1h30 drive away, followed by Almeria (approx. 1h45 by car), then Murcia and Alicante around 2h15 drive away and lastly Malaga airport.

The coast is around 1h30 hour by car away although there are beach areas at Lake Negratin around 45 minutes drive away.
