Cave House in Fuenta Nueva, Granada

You enter into a very pretty gated patio area which has built-in seating areas, storage shelves and a storage shed.

The property hasn't been lived in for a while so looks a bit tired and does need some repair and redecoration inside and also on one corner of the outside patio wall, but after some TLC and a lick of paint, will make a perfect holiday or permanent home or could be rented out.

You enter into a hallway and to your right is an open plan kitchen / dining area (with wooden beams and a stone feature fireplace) that leads through to a large living room. There's lots of cavey cubby holes for storage too which is always a bonus!

There are two double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and one also has a fireplace, large shower and lots of cavey shelves. There's also a bathroom with shower.

Mains electricity and water are connected and internet is possible.

Access is good via a small hill from the main road and there is room for parking on the patio or off street there is lots of room too.

Fuente Nueva, where the property is located, is situated around 10 minutes drive away from the nearest pretty and historical village of Orce, which has all of the usual amenities including a weekly market and a local spring fed swimming pool which is free and open all year round!

This is a very important historical area – there are two archaealogical digs here which are still being worked on.

It is just 1h30 drive away from the coast and there are various beach areas at Lake Negratin in Freila which is approximately 45 minutes drive (60km).

Linda casa cueva de dos dormitorios situada en una aldea tranquila con un patio de buen tamaño y maravillosas vistas ¡solo 45,000 euros!

Entras en un patio cerrado muy bonito y la propiedad no ha sido habitada por un tiempo, por lo que necesita algunas reparaciones y redecoración.

Hay una cocina / comedor de planta abierta con chimenea que conduce a una gran sala de estar y hay muchos agujeros de cubículo cavernosos para el almacenamiento.

También hay dos habitaciones dobles (una con chimenea y ducha) y un baño con ducha.
La red eléctrica y el agua están conectados y es posible Internet.

El acceso es bueno a través de una pequeña colina desde la carretera principal y hay espacio para aparcar en el patio o fuera de la calle, también hay mucho espacio.

Fuente Nueva, donde se encuentra la propiedad, se encuentra a unos 10 minutos en coche del bonito e histórico pueblo más cercano de Orce, que cuenta con todas las comodidades habituales, incluyendo un mercado semanal y una piscina local alimentada por manantiales que es gratuita y abierta todo el año!

Esta es un área histórica muy importante – hay dos excavaciones arqueológicas aquí que todavía se están trabajando.

Está a solo 1h30 en coche de la costa y hay varias áreas de playa en el lago Negratin en Freila, que está a unos 45 minutos en coche (60 km).
