The property already has a licence for rental and it would be possible to live in one cave and rent the other. Perfect for a B&B or long term let whilst living on site and using the pool. All mains services are connected and internet is possible.

It is situated in the pretty hamlet of Fontanar which is steeped in history and has a church, a bread van and a local bar. The town of Pozo Alcón is around 10 mins drive away and has all of the usual amenities including a weekly market and swimming pool open during the summer months.

It is situated around 40 minutes drive / 38km from Lake Negratin which has beach areas and around 1h45 from the coast.
