Castiglione del Lago (PG): Near the shores of Lake Trasimeno, a farm with a manor house, various outbuildings, and 64.5 hectares of land consisting of:
– 46.5 hectares of perfectly flat irrigated arable land, with a fixed irrigation system, of sandy and silty quality, particularly suitable for intensive tree cultivation of any type or nursery;
– About 18 hectares of coppice forest;
– About 2 hectares of irrigation pond with a depth of 3 meters fed by a stream and spring;
– A two-level manor house of about 260 square meters, recently renovated and consisting of an entrance, dining area and kitchen, a small hallway and bathroom, two storage rooms and another bathroom on the ground floor, a hallway, two bedrooms with terrace, two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one master bedroom, one small bedroom, a small hallway and a bathroom on the first floor;
– A ruin to be restored of about 150 square meters with the possibility of conversion into a dwelling;
– A recently renovated warehouse of about 200 square meters;
– An agricultural shed of about 140 square meters for tools;
– A swimming pool serving the agriturismo, dimensions 14m x 6m;

The farm is closed to the public and is connected to the Montedoglio dam, including a well.
