CITTA’ DI CASTELLO (PG), loc. Morlupo: wooded farm of approximately 112 hectares with farmhouse and annex, composed of:

* 75 hectares of woodland with tall trees (oaks, oaks and some conifers):

* 19 hectares of pasture land;

* 15 hectares of hillside arable land, currently uncultivated and unattended;

* 3.5 hectares of uncultivated land;

* small olive grove;

* ruined stone farmhouse of 300 sqm on two levels with small annex.

The farm over the years has undergone natural reforestation that has led to the creation of new wooded areas and the restoration of natural habitats.
