Zaya, the UAE based real estate development company, recently earned the title of the Most Luxurous Project in the World for its Nurai Island development. The Arabic edition of Newsweek magazine announced the award as part of its list of Top 10 companies that changed the face of real estate development.
According to a panel of expert judges, Zaya earned the top position in Newsweek’s listing as it enjoys the highest level of quality and luxury in the Nurai Island development. Nurai is situated northeast of Abu Dhabi and will be a sprawling luxury resort and private community with suites, beachfront estates and water villas. All of this, plus a boutique hotel and spa on a natural island sets the mark for luxury projects.
Zaya’s CEO and founder Nadia Zaal noted: “We are delighted to receive this great award from one of the world’s most respected business titles. The launch of Nurai comes as part of a lineup of distinctive projects that Zaya is planning to launch, featuring innovative designs that are based on extensive market research that focuses on the aspirations of discerning clients. Zaya will remain focused on the high end of the market with plans for expansion into the Middle East, Asia and Europe being announced in the near future.”
Nurai residents will have their choice of beachfront estates in two designs or water villas constructed over the water. Additionally, residents will have access to all of the services and comforts provided by the boutique resort. In addition to the amenities of the contemporary hotel, which include three world class restaurants and multiple lounges, Nurai also offers a private helipad and marina with arrivals lounge, a fully equipped spa and fitness centre, private beaches and water sports facilities.
