The Polish capital of Warsaw is seeing a new building rise in the heart of the city that will be the most luxurious living space in the country. The Zlota 44 is a 54 floor tower that will hold 251 luxury apartments plus retail spaces and parking. This iconic building is being designed by well-known, Polish-born architect Daniel Libeskind. It will also include a 25 meter indoor swimming pool, sauna, spa, private party area, yoga room, fitness club and sun terrace.
The apartments here will be from 1 to 4 bedrooms plus a penthouse. They will be full of light with floor to ceiling windows in every apartment. Each residence will be outfitted in luxurious amenities with options for even more.
“I have known this place from my childhood. It is the very heart of Warsaw – a city with untold potential. Złota 44 will symbolise this wealth of opportunity and emphasise its value to the world. It is a building that embraces the aspirations of Warsaw. A unique building shaped by Warsaw’s history and its light. This building will address a major shift in major cities around the world, where residential buildings will emerge as the most striking designs” says architect Daniel Libeskind.
Zlota 44 is in the midst of downtown Warsaw, not far from the river and Golden Terraces shopping and service centre, Warsaw Financial Centre, Hotel Intercontinental and Rondo 1. It is next to the Palace of Culture and Science and is planned for completion in 2010.
