Oscar nominated actor Leonardo di
Caprio and TV superstar David Hasselhoff have become the latest two celebrities
to list their luxury US properties.
Di Caprio, star of Titanic and Shutter Island has listed his Malibu home after failing to find a
tenant while Baywatch star Hasselhoff
has listed his luxury mansion in the Encino hills. Keep reading to find out

Inception star lists ã14.5 million Malibu home
NBC reports that ââ¬ËLeonardo
DiCaprio has decided he’s had enough of trying to rent out his Malibu place: He
wants it out of his hands once and for all.ââ¬â¢ The Departed and Inception
star listed the luxury Malibu property for rent in May 2012 at a cool $75,000 (ã47,300)
per month. However, with no takers he has now decided to list it for sale with
a price tag of $23 million (ã14.5 million).
The residence comprises two
homes. The main house is a four bedroom property facing the ocean while a
separate guest house has two bedrooms.
Di Caprio owns another property
in Malibu but spends most of his time in his new eco-friendly apartment in
Manhattan.

David Hasselhoff, star of TVââ¬â¢s Knight Rider and Baywatch, has listed his longtime residence for $3.795 million
(ã2.4 million).
The Hoff bought the property in
the hills of Encino ââ¬â around 30 miles from Malibu – in 1996 for $1.98 million
(ã1.25 million). The property sits on a 1.5 acre plot with a pool, spa and two
guesthouses, each boasting a bedroom and bathroom.
Inside, the 8,947-square-foot
floor home boasts vaulted ceilings and formal living spaces. It features 5
bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms and a ââ¬Ëpubââ¬â¢ which acts as a ââ¬Ëshrineââ¬â¢ to the TV star.
