Following her separation from singer Seal,
supermodel, producer and TV show host Heidi Klum has splurged a cool $9.9
million on a 11,000 square feet Bel Air mansion.
The 12-acre property has a
private swimming pool with stunning views of the city and hilly landscape. It
has eight bedrooms, nine and a half bathrooms, a wine cellar and a number of
decks providing scenic vistas of the sprawling real estate. Heidi will share the home with her current love
Martin Kristen and her four children.
Mitt Romney House Move
Another recent celebrity real estate
acquisition is an 8,730 square feet Utah lodge by Mitt Romney. The Republican and businessman
has put down $8.9 million on the home located in Deer Valley’s Success Ski
Trail. The ski-in, ski-out residence features whole logs in its design and has
been previously featured in Architectural Digest magazine. The new acquisition
marks Romney’s third residential property in the country. He maintains homes in
California, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Kristem Stewart Selling Her Home
Kristen Stewart’s childhood home is on the
market for $1.75 million. Interesting architectural features of the ‘Twilight’
star’s Woodland Hills home include a large chessboard adjacent to the pool, and
a mural of ‘Alice in Wonderland’ with the Queen of Hearts and White Rabbit. NBA
star Kevin Garnett has put his Concord home up for sale at almost $5 million.
It comes as little surprise given his recent move to the Brooklyn Nets.
Garnett’s five-bedroom home is equipped with six bathrooms and a high-end gym.

Movie star Orlando Bloom’s Beverly Hills
home has been listed for $4.5 million. The home was one of the scenes of the
infamous Bling Ring break-ins and robberies between 2008 and 2009. The plush
home features a chef’s kitchen and a master suite leading to a spa. Oddly, the
home’s exterior is painted in black.
