The first ever HomesOverseas.co.uk Awards have been launched to celebrate the best in worldwide property development. The Awards are designed to reward excellence and innovation, and are set to become the most coveted prize in the industry.
Honours will be presented in a range of categories, from sport and leisure to eco innovation and sustainability. Entrants for the 2009 Awards have up until 6th November to submit their developments, initiatives and schemes, with the winners to be announced on 30th November 2009.

All short listed entries will be judged by a panel of property journalists, who will assign a Bronze, Silver and Gold Award in each category.
Winners will be listed on Homes Overseas with a link back to their own website.

The cost for entering the awards is just £249 per category. Early entrants will receive a free property advertisement box worth £150 on the Homes Overseas website for one month.
