Royal Resorts Turkey will now build the first international five star apartment-hotel in conjunction with the Miracle Beach Club on Ladies Beach in Kusadasi. There will be 280 luxury fully furnished apartments all with direct sea views looking towards the Greek Island of Samos. There will also be 63 commercial units within the shopping centre in the hotel.
Every apartment will be sold with a seven per cent guaranteed rental income for 10 years and investors will also have the option of selling back the apartment to the developer at 20 per cent more than the original purchase price should they not wish to take the guaranteed rental.
Royal Residence will be built next to the Miracle Beach Club which is classed as one of the best beach clubs and night clubs in Kusadasi. Owners and visitors of Royal Residence will have full access to the club both day and night free of charge.
Within the complex there are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Jacuzzis, steam rooms, saunas, spa and massage facilities, beauty salon, hairdressers, cinema, ten pin bowling, tennis, crèche, 24 hour baby-sitting, doctors, pharmacy, supermarket and much more. All of these facilities make the hotel complex entirely self sufficient.
