The largest golf resort developer in South Africa has just announced plans to build a spectacular new resort in Nigeria. Pinnacle Point Group has recently signed agreements with the Lagos State Government and Unibright Nigeria to develop and construct a multi-million dollar golf resort, the Lagos Keys.
The Lagos Keys development will consist of some 300 luxury homes, an international golf course, a marina, retail shops and restaurants, a luxury hotel and conference center and an iconic pyramid with solar panels. The new development will be constructed in Badagry, Lagos State, which is not far up the coast from the nation’s capital city of Lagos.
Pinnacle Point’s flagship development is the Pinnacle Point Beach and Golf Resort along the east coast of South Africa. It has luxury homes, a championship golf course and additional properties along the Oyster Bay beachfront. The new Nigerian development will make the group’s first foray into the country, and it hopes to use it to expand its reach throughout the African continent.
