In the heart of Budapest along the Danube River is a 10 hectare property that is being developed into the new Millennium City Center. This project includes residential, cultural, hotel, retail and office spaces and will offer a modern city center to go along with the well known historic old city. This new complex will be the home to the three major cultural institutions in the country, the Festival Theatre, The National Concert Hall and the Ludwig Museum as well as some of the nicest residential properties in Europe.

The design of Millennium City Center takes full advantage of the unique riverbank location, with a design that is visually and functionally open to the Danube. The Millennium City Center blends different functions and aesthetical designs aiming to take on the architectural challenges of this with success. The developer has currently constructed or is working on several office buildings, the Millennium Towers, as well as the Duna-Pest Residences.

The Duna-Pest Residences in Millennium City Center include more than 300 luxury apartments ranging in size from 30 to 240 square meters. “Due to their ideal location on the east bank of the Danube, these exceptional condominiums enjoy a complete panoramic view of Buda, including Gellért Hill, the Buda Castle and the Buda Hills,” explained Imre Gazdag, senior engineer for TriGranit, the developer of Millennium City Center.

The Duna-Pest Residences also feature remarkably well-equipped facilities including a fitness center, spa, squash court, game room and wine-cellar with private lockers and a library. On the building rooftops there are secluded green havens, roof gardens built as part of the penthouse suites with a superb view of Budapest. There are restaurants and retail stores at ground level as well.
