A new development in the French Alpine village of Annecy is about to begin construction. Dubbed La Villa d’Artagnan, the property has done well in off-plan sales to date so that the developer, MGM, is starting construction early on the project.
Construction on La Villa d’Artagnan begins this month and will result in 18 new homes, ranging from one bedroom apartments to four bedroom duplexes. Prices begin at €388,000 and go up to €1.2 million. The project is located on Rue Andre Theureit and is minutes from both LakeAnnecy and the town center.
This beautiful property is one of eight projects the developer has in the area around Annecy in the Huate-Savoie region of France. Located at the base of the Alps, this is an ideal year-round retreat. There is plenty of the best skiing in the world and in the summer the lake is a popular sailing and watersport destination.
