Hard Rock to open state of the art property in Panama

The attraction of Panama as a place to invest in property was brought into sharp focus recently with the announcement that the iconic Hard Rock company is to open a new hotel in the country.  The Hard Rock Hotel Panama Megapolis will open in December 2011 and will be Hard Rock’s first venture in Latin America.

The 66 storey hotel will be located on

Balboa Avenue

in Panama City and will boast panoramic views of the city and of PanamaBay.  The hotel will have 1,499 rooms including 796 suites and will be the perfect base if you’re looking to stay in a central location whilst holidaying or on a fact finding trip to buy property in Panama.

The Megapolis will include an attached Hard Rock Cafe as well as eight further food and drink outlets.  The pick of these is likely to be an inside/outside bar on the 62nd floor of the hotel which will offer a buffet as well as stunning views of the city.

There will be a 7,800 square feet Rock Spa featuring 14 luxurious treatment rooms, and a Rock Shop store where guests can buy Hard Rock souvenirs. 

Rock memorabilia to fill the new property in Panama

The 66 storey hotel will be decorated throughout with an abundance of rock memorabilia and guests will also be able to benefit from Hard Rock Hotel’s popular amenity program The Sound of Your Stay, which allows guests to download complimentary music from Hard Rock generated playlists.
