“A Place in the Sun Live is the perfect opportunity for buyers searching for the right overseas property to get the independent advice they need to complete their purchase,” says Andy Bridge, managing director of show organisers APITS Ltd. “Partnering with a brand such as Rightmove enables us to promote the show to an extensive database of active, serious buyers.”
London’s Earls Court will host the overseas property exhibition providing a premium, central London location for exhibitors and visitors alike. The next show will run from Friday 26th March to Sunday 28th March 2010 and aims to offer the largest range of overseas property available to buyers in the UK. Free-to-attend seminar programmes and main stage presentations from Channel 4’s A Place in the Sun presenters will ensure an audience of paying visitors gets insight into where, what and how to buy overseas investment property.
A Place in the Sun Live 2010 will take place in Earls Court II alongside The Ideal Home Show in Earls Court I. “Last year we had over 3,000 people come into A Place in the Sun Live from the Ideal Home Show and they were high-quality visitors,” said APITS MD Andy Bridge. “Admittedly they may be in the early stages of planning to buy property abroad but they are a valuable addition to our core visitor audience.”
Channel 4 will be supporting the 2010 event with a campaign to consumers across Channel 4 peak time, daytime, More4 and C4.com.
The new floor plan for A Place in the Sun Live at Earls Court in March 2010 will be launched at this week’s A Place in the Sun Live at the NEC Birmingham with the 100 plus exhibitors given first opportunity to reserve and book stands for spring 2010.
